Ford has announced its decision to include its innovative SYNC® 3 infotainment system in each new 2017 model-year car, SUV, electric vehicle, and light truck, pushing the automaker further ahead of its competition.

Additionally, the SYNC 3 system will integrated both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, giving drivers the ability to connect their compatible devices to get directions, listen to music, make calls, and more without taking your hands off the steering wheel.

In July, Ford and its China-based joint ventures sold a total of 88,189 vehicles, setting a new sales record in the world’s largest auto market.

Compared to July 2015, sales performance is up an impressive 15% thanks to a high demand for Ford’s incredible lineup. Ford, along with Jiangling Motor (Ford’s commercial vehicle investment) and Changan Ford (Ford’s passenger car joint venture), also saw a total increase of 6% with 652,836 vehicles sold.

After repeated visits to their daughter’s pediatrician, Kim and Joe Westrich of Wiscasset found themselves at The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital being told that 2-year old Maddie had a brain tumor.
